Salary: $800 / Week
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (School Setting) The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations and providing therapy services, as well as documenting these services in accordance with the individual plan of care and physician's orders.
Minimum Requirements:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; may be required by state or contract.
Current CPR certification, if applicable.
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable.
Current health certificate, per contract or state regulation.
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
