Let’s Redefine Possible SUMMARY Mortenson’s Integrated Services Team is looking for a Project Management Controls Engineer who will be responsible for coordinating, assisting, training and seeking to continuously improve the day-to-day function of our project control processes usedbyMortensonprojectteams.Actasacentralpointof integrationspecializing inday-to-day processes, technology, and ensure they follow the Mortenson Operations Manual. RESPONSIBILITIES Investigateanddevelopenhancementideastocontinuouslyimprovecurrenttoolsandprocesses Providesupport andtrainingforallprocessesandtoolsusedbytheprojectteamviaadhocconsultations, webinars, written documentation and on-demand video education Assistwithevaluation,prioritization,selection,testing,piloting,andimplementationofLeaninnovations emerging from project teams Monitor and evaluate software utilization to optimize efficiency of the tools. Challengethestatusquotoimprovetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofoperationalsystemstoachieve operational excellence at the project site Recommendnewtechnologyandprocessesthatwillimproveprojectteamperformanceandefficiency and / or provide a competitive advantage to operations Trainnewinitiativesintheimplementationandexperimentationstagesofdevelopment Lead,mentor,anddevelopthetalentsofteammembers Effectivelyworkandbuildrelationshipswiththoseofdiversebackgroundsandorganizationallevels Allotherdutiesasassigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’sdegreeinConstructionManagement,Business, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems,orequivalentfield preferred Preferred2years’experiencewithintheconstructiontechnologyindustry ExperienceexecutingconstructionProjectManagementControlProcesses Experience in construction industry technology platforms, such as : Procore, Autodesk, and Bluebeam. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, . – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
