$23-$25/hour Job Description: 1) Recruitment Support administration for employee onboarding/offboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires/leavers. Collate and ensure timely personnel recruitment updates into HR Sharepoint 2) Finance Process and verify monthly and ad-hoc invoices to Finance team, ensuring timely payments. Utilize ARIBA system to raise and track PO/PRs. Raise request for creation of new vendors for payment purposes. Verify employee claims for monthly approval on UNIT4 System. 3) Employee Benefits & Wellness Monthly purchase of birthday gift vouchers for employees. Monitor employees' confirmation and service milestones monthly - Prepare Long Service Award (LSA) and Confirmation letters for relevant managers' signatures. Oversee employee wellness program - Coordinate and oversee Wellness Competition and HR events. Liaise with SNEF on workplace wellness programs for employees (e.g. Yoga/mental wellness talks/health coaching program) Provide support for events such as potluck lunch, fun treats day, etc. Job Requirements: Must have at least 3-5 years of HR experiences Jessie Hoe Huey Miin CEI R1103861 EA: 99C4599
