HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join a dynamic team within the energy, manufacturing, or retail sector. This is an exciting opportunity to align people strategies with operational goals while contributing to a values-based, high-performance culture. In this key role, the HRBP will partner closely with leadership and employees to support a range of initiatives—from employee relations and recruitment to compliance and workforce development. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Recruit and onboard:
Manage the full hiring cycle, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Support people and process:
Provide performance coaching, employee relations support, and guidance on return-to-work processes. Champion compliance:
Administer leave programs (FMLA, HFLL, TDI, STD, LTD), support drug testing protocols, and ensure policy compliance. Develop talent:
Coordinate training and development efforts to support workforce planning and employee growth. Be a trusted advisor:
Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and team members, supporting a culture of integrity, safety, and collaboration. Analyze and act:
Leverage HR data and insights to inform decisions, monitor trends, and refine programs. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in employee relations and core HR disciplines Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced setting Strong working knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems (ideally Ceridian Dayforce), and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills SHRM-CP/SCP or willingness to obtain certification preferred Experience in energy, manufacturing, or retail industries is highly desirable Why This Role?
