Insight Global
We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator (infrastructure projects) working a hybrid schedule in Beverly Hills, CA. This resource helps to maintain the structure of IT infrastructure initiatives alongside owning some projects from end to end. They help to drive projects to completion and assist the project team by identifying risks and issues and tracking project plans. This person will be stepping into a team that has a lot of tech debt, so we are looking for someone who is familiar with migrating to more modern tools and systems.
Manage the status of project portfolios using ASANA
Capture risks and issues with projects
Gather, analyze, and document requirements
Assess feedback of projects through lessons learned
Support project managers with documentation, capturing actions and risks
Manage and coordinate IT projects
