About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Application Scientist (FAS) to support our sales team in introducing and promoting our innovative products to customers. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical and product expert, effectively communicating the scientific and practical benefits of our solutions to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Actively support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, presentations, and demonstrations. Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and application insights tailored to customer needs. Generate leads and business opportunities by visiting customers alongside the sales team, identifying customer’s potential demand, and driving product interest. Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of technical messaging with customer requirements. Address technical inquiries from customers and provide solutions to enhance product adoption. Participate in scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our technologies and engage with key stakeholders. Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and innovation. Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. degree in Cell Biology, Immunology, or other biological sciences. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English. Prefer product management and business development experience. Strong understanding of antibody, protein, ELISA and their applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and product adoption. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and industry events.
