Invoice Processing:

Reviewing, coding, and entering invoices into the accounting system. Vendor Payments:

Preparing and processing payments via check, wire transfer, or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Credit Card Management:

Reconciling company credit card statements, processing employee expense reports, and ensuring timely payments. Reimbursements:

Processing employee reimbursements for business-related expenses. Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions. Vendor Communication:

Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues. Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Reporting:

Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures and generating reports related to accounts payable. Budget:

Preparing Monthly/Quarterly budget & actual comparison report and discrepancy analysis report. Specific tasks related to credit cards and reimbursements might include: Reconciling credit card statements:

Matching transactions on the statement with supporting documentation (receipts, expense reports). Verifying expense reports:

Ensuring that expense reports are accurate, complete, and comply with company policy. Processing reimbursements:

Preparing payment requests for approved expenses. Maintaining records:

Keeping track of credit card spending and reimbursement activity. Ensuring proper approvals:

Confirming that all credit card transactions and reimbursement requests have been properly authorized. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum two years’ experience in accounting/finance. Great verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with workers of all levels throughout the company. Excellent knowledge of GAAP and regulations. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and one of the commonly used accounting ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite. Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
