Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
to lead and evolve our U.S. recruitment function. This player-coach role requires someone who can drive full-cycle recruitment for key roles while managing a small, high-performing team. In addition to day-to-day recruiting, you’ll lead initiatives to improve hiring processes, employer branding, and candidate experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with our European TA counterpart to begin building consistency across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for critical and senior-level U.S. roles, balancing hands-on recruiting with team leadership. Manage, coach, and develop a small U.S.-based talent acquisition team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Build and refine scalable recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance. Partner with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build strategic sourcing plans. Lead or contribute to strategic TA projects including employer branding, interview training, diversity hiring initiatives, and process optimization. Collaborate with European TA and HR teams to align on shared tools, best practices, and processes. Track and report key recruiting metrics to monitor progress, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions. Champion a strong candidate experience that reflects our values and helps attract top talent. Develop and implement (in partnership with HR Operations) a comprehensive onboarding strategy that ensures a seamless transition for new hires, aligning with our organizational culture and values.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years managing recruiters or recruitment programs. Demonstrated success in both hands-on recruiting and team leadership in a growing, mid-sized organization. Experience building or improving recruiting processes and systems; comfort with recruiting technologies (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Strong project management skills and ability to balance short-term priorities with longer-term strategic initiatives. Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across global or matrixed organizations. Knowledge of U.S. employment practices; familiarity with European practices a plus. Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and building inclusive, equitable hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in scaling recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Previous work in employer branding, and talent marketing. Experience supporting both corporate and technical/field functions.
Why Join Us?
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we attract and hire the talent that drives our business forward. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a key function with room to build, collaborate, and make lasting contributions to our people and culture.
