What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the design and architecture of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for Life Sciences customers - Collaborate with sales and business teams to understand customer needs and pursue new projects - Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops - Develop and present technical proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and solution roadmaps - Advise customers on MES best practices and integration with other systems
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field - Legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available) - Willing and able to travel and work at customer sites up to 50% - Demonstrated knowledge of MES system development and implementation - Ability to break down complex business requirements into functional requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 8+ years of experience in MES solution delivery - 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role - Familiarity with FactoryTalk PharmaSuite or similar MES platforms - Experience with system integration and enterprise architecture - Certifications in MES platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, TOGAF)
