What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive and support strategic sales opportunities by showcasing the ITOM portfolio - Build and maintain compelling solution demos and showcase assets for ITOM challenges - Design and lead Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements demonstrating proactive operations - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering for feedback and roadmap alignment - Enable Solution Consultants on best practices and demo delivery for ITOM solutions
What is Required (Qualifications): - 7 years of pre-sales experience or technical consulting background - Deep, hands-on experience with Discovery, including SNMP, WMI, SSH, and API-based collection methods - Practical knowledge of Service Mapping techniques, CI modeling, and CMDB architecture - Familiarity with AIOps capabilities and Observability principles across hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure - Strong scripting and integration skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and REST APIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware - Comfort navigating complex enterprise architectures and distributed application environments - Experience implementing or advising on ITIL-based processes and CMDB health best practices - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
