GE Vernova . **Job Description Summary** Under the general direction of the GEV NAM Commercial Operations Director, the Senior System Architect in the energy sector leads the pre and post sales design, development, and implementation of complex Private LTE and related communication infrastructure solutions. The primary focus is to drive PLTE solution adoption through technical expertise in designing next-generation PLTE networks, supporting the modernization and operation of critical infrastructure communications networks, and enabling various grid applications. **Responsibilities include:**
Interfacing with customers to identify needs Leading systems solution development for Grid Automation customers Supporting deal structuring and cross-selling GE's portfolio Collaborating with sales teams to develop proposals Supporting pricing strategies and customer negotiations Supporting project materials and vendor quotations Identifying technical risks and coordinating with tendering teams Following company policies and procedures Traveling within U.S. and Canada as needed **Qualifications:**
Masters degree in engineering or MBA with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or 20 years of equivalent experience **Desired Skills:**
Experience in engineering, systems architecture, and design Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network management tools Strong communication, leadership, and proposal development skills Knowledge of wireless LTE/4G/5G, network protocols, and radio frequency technologies Experience with Salesforce and assessing information quality The salary range is $131,700 - $193,000 annually, plus a 15% variable bonus.
