What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the development and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives aligned with strategic business goals - Serve as a key segment partner to manage complex programs and drive execution on key initiatives - Effectively manage and deliver multiple product marketing programs concurrently - Establish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing programs - Facilitate collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product

What is Required (Qualifications): - 6+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, or marketing operations - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience - Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders - Established expertise in fostering strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams - Demonstrated experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
