What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the SVP of Product Marketing - Manage and prioritize the SVP’s agenda, focusing on high-impact activities - Drive strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives within product marketing - Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and enhance organizational effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program goals and manage dependencies
What is Required (Qualifications): - 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or marketing leadership roles - Proven ability to influence and lead without authority in a matrixed environment - Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience working with senior executives - Advanced program management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - MBA or equivalent experience - Strong data analysis and financial acumen with metrics development capabilities - Demonstrated experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
