About Us
The Queen's Health Systems is the oldest and largest healthcare system in Hawaii. Founded in 1859 by Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV, Queen’s has a longstanding reputation for excellence in specialty care across the islands.
Queen’s has been leveraging the electronic health record (EHR) system powered by Epic since 2006. CARE*Link, as the EHR is known at Queen’s, is a system that requires regular maintenance and upgrades, including add-on modules to improve performance and provide increased utility for end-users and patients through the patient portal.
The demand for a qualified IT Analyst to join the CARE*Link team has grown with the system's expansion, and we are seeking an analyst to join our team.

Collaborate with a team of analysts to ensure end-users have the necessary tools to make and document medical decisions, leading to better patient outcomes and safety.
You are a good fit if you pride yourself on providing solutions based on end-user requests, researching and sharing new functionalities to improve the system, and working well in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
