HR Generalist (Administrative) We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to support our fast‑paced distribution center operations. This role is responsible for providing day‑to‑day HR support, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, training, and HR policy implementation. The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership to foster a positive work environment and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related inquiries from DC employees and supervisors. Manage full‑cycle recruitment for hourly positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Administer and track employee attendance, leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.), and other time‑off programs. Support performance management processes, including coaching, corrective actions, and documentation. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure seamless onboarding experiences. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Assist with investigations related to employee complaints, workplace incidents, or policy violations. Partner with safety and operations teams to support a safe and compliant workplace. Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
