Completed degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a comparable qualification Initial experience in recruiting or in an HR-related environment Interest in employer branding, communications, and university marketing Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously Excellent communication skills in both German and English Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team What are your responsibilities?
