$3,000.00 Pay Scale:
$35/hr – $40/hr. Benefit Package:

Responsibilities
Lead production in the CNC Lathe area and communicate with leads on other shifts.
Manage daily priorities and assign work to maintain optimal workflow.
Participate in daily production and GEMBA meetings.
Monitor machinist productivity to ensure correct processes and alignment with manufacturing objectives.
Plan and coordinate workflow with other departments and scheduling functions.
Support company policies, collaborate with the Leadership Team, and resolve issues.
Interview and evaluate applicants for vacant positions.
Setup and operate CNC equipment to produce components per engineering drawings.
Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives.
Ensure employees perform and document in‑process QA inspections, labor entry, and safety near‑miss/injury reporting.
Maintain a clean and organized department.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (contractual requirement).
Minimum of 5 years in a machining environment with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
Contract manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to read blueprints, use micrometers and calipers, and set up machine tools.
Experience programming machine tools.

Physical Demands
Stand and walk frequently; occasionally sit, grip, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Use hands to finger or handle small parts; eye for close and distance vision.
Work Environment
Moderate noise level.
Typical manufacturing setting.
