Seeking a
Civil Engineer
to specialize in land development projects.

Civil Engineer – Land Development The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of civil engineering design tasks for residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on design and site grading.
Responsibilities:
Participate in land planning and subdivision layout for development projects
Prepare or oversee the development of due diligence reports
Design and prepare engineering plans, including subdivision, grading, utility, and roadway plans, suitable for submittal to government agencies for permitting and approvals
Draft engineering reports and studies (e.g., stormwater management reports, grading analyses, development impact studies) for agency review and approval
Coordinate project work with in-house teams, clients, and external design professionals
Provide construction administration, site grading review, and observation services throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus
Proficient in computer modeling software; AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Subdivision design and grading experience strongly
