Role Overview As the
Production Manager , you’ll manage daily job operations from start to finish — coordinating materials, crews, and communication with homeowners. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and up to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a full‑time, in‑office and field role based in
Waukesha, WI , serving surrounding counties.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Overseeing all phases of roofing and exterior construction projects.
Coordinating materials, crew schedules, and delivery logistics.
Communicating proactively with homeowners to confirm project details and expectations.
Ensuring safety, quality, and professionalism on every job site.
Documenting progress and maintaining notes/photos within the CRM system.
Conducting post‑build walkthroughs with homeowners and securing sign‑offs.
Managing touch‑ups, follow‑ups, and warranty work as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements Required:
3+ years of experience in construction management, roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Experience using CRMs like Leap, JobProgress, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Wisconsin construction codes and permitting processes.
Detail‑oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and customer care.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience).
