Position Overview Responsible for design, implementation, optimization and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments. The role supports system administration, troubleshooting, automation and project delivery with expertise in Microsoft Azure, SASE technologies, virtualization and enterprise Windows environments.
Responsibilities
Deploy and manage Azure services (VMs, storage, networking, security, automation).
Implement and manage hybrid identity solutions including Azure AD Connect.
Drive automation and streamline infrastructure management through scripting and orchestration tools.
Implement and manage SASE solutions, including ZTNA, SD‑WAN and FWaaS.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance and secure architecture.
Design, implement and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, storage and virtualization platforms.
Manage enterprise storage environments (SAN/NAS) and oversee upgrades, patching, backups and disaster recovery testing.
Monitor and analyze system performance, availability and capacity.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure‑related incidents and service requests.
Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation for critical system support.
Lead or contribute to IT projects, providing technical guidance and coordination.
Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, configurations and procedures.
Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical training as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of hands‑on experience in IT systems administration with strong expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization and modern infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity solutions including Azure AD Connect.
Experience supporting migrations to Azure preferred.
Proven expertise with Windows Server environments including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Experience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V and enterprise storage technologies (SAN/NAS).
Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery solutions and IT security principles.
Knowledge of core networking protocols, routing, switching and high‑availability designs.
Experience with monitoring platforms and configuration management tools (e.g., SCCM).
Supervisory Responsibility This role does not require direct supervisory responsibility but will lead or manage projects and project teams.
