Job Title Senior Supply Chain Projects Analyst
Location Onsite at the North American Business Headquarters, 13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL.

Join Mosaic’s Analytics and Process Improvement team as a senior supply chain projects analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our supply chain through data‑driven innovation.
In this dynamic, hands‑on position you will convert raw data into actionable insights, build interactive dashboards, automate workflows, and support scenario modeling to optimize operations.
Your work will directly influence smarter decision‑making and measurable performance improvements across the business.
What You’ll Do
Partner with business users to design user‑friendly solutions based on their needs
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real‑time insights and drive action
Automate data collection and reporting processes using Power Query, SQL, and Power Automate
Help teams adopt self‑service analytics tools for faster and better decision‑making
Build scenario models using Excel Solver and Python (pandas, PuLP, and SciPy)
Support trade‑off analysis for logistics, inventory, warehouse layout, and capacity planning
Develop tools that enable operations to test ideas and make data‑backed decisions
Use data to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps in supply‑chain processes
Support Lean Six Sigma projects through analysis, KPI tracking, and root‑cause investigation
Contribute to value‑stream mapping, standard‑work documentation, and post‑project reviews
Help operational teams understand and apply data insights to improve outcomes
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Five years of experience in analytics, process improvement, supply chain, or a related role
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (including Power Query and Solver), and SQL
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and basic optimization modeling
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply
Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver high‑quality work independently
Bonus Points If You Have The Following
Lean Six Sigma experience with Green Belt
Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or VBA
Prior experience in supply‑chain, logistics, or operations environments
Exposure to ERP or supply‑chain planning systems such as SAP or Oracle
