Plant Manager
Location: Jonesburg, Missouri
Base salary: $140,000 – $145,000 per year
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics.
Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Lead and develop a high‑performing team through effective coaching, communication, and performance management.
Drive operational excellence by analyzing key performance metrics and implementing process improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
Partner with engineering, supply chain, and corporate leadership to ensure production goals and customer delivery expectations are met.
Manage plant budgets, cost controls, and capital improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
Foster a collaborative culture built on trust, respect, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role.
Experience within the plastics industry is required.
Proven experience leading lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
