Job Description Required Education/Experience:
2‑7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Required Technical Skills:
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system testing practices
Ability to communicate technical details to non‑technical stakeholders
Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or custom business applications
Business Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, Agile Methodologies
Preferred Skills (Nice‑to‑Have):
Experience working with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools
Knowledge of API integrations and data flow design
Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
Business Analyst, ERP, WMS functional knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and system requirements
Conduct detailed business and system analysis, including current‑state and future‑state process mapping
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization
Support design, configuration, and testing of new system features or enhancements
Lead and participate in system testing phases (UAT, SIT, regression testing) to validate solutions
Partner with IT teams, vendors, and cross‑functional groups to ensure timely and successful delivery of system releases and projects
Serve as liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication
Participate in planning, prioritization, and execution of system‑related projects
Provide status updates, documentation, and project reporting as needed
Create and maintain system documentation including requirements, process flows, test cases, and training materials
Conduct training and end‑user support to ensure proper adoption of system changes
Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new processes or systems
