Susan B. Anthony Pro‑Life America (SBA) is the largest pro‑life political organization in the country, with a nationwide network of over 1 million Americans. We combine politics with policy, investing heavily in voter education and issue advocacy to advance laws that protect the unborn.
We are seeking a Donor Prospect Research Analyst with expertise in fundraising research, major gift prospecting, and data analysis. This role is critical to identifying and cultivating high‑value donors, optimizing major gift portfolios, and driving philanthropic revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will design and implement a sophisticated prospect research strategy to support major gifts, planned giving, and donor engagement.
Essential Duties
Conduct prospect research to identify individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
Use wealth screening tools, donor databases, and public records to evaluate giving capacity.
Manage donor data in CRM systems (Virtuous) and maintain accurate prospect profiles.
Prepare research briefings and reports for major gift officers and leadership.
Analyze donor trends, giving history, and engagement patterns for portfolio optimization.
Develop standard operating procedures for prospect identification and qualification.
Train staff on best practices in donor research and moves management.
