Job Description Summary Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power). You will generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet—Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers—primarily serving the commercial market.

The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment specifically large generators, air compressors, temperature control systems, and desiccant dehumidifiers. The role serves the commercial market segment that consistently uses equipment for short‑term use or long‑term projects (e.g., sand blasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, surface preparation contractors, manufacturing/processing plants, large venues, special event contractors, facility maintenance contractors, tents, parties, remediation, general contracting, HVAC, electrical, construction drying, generator service, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, and college campuses).
Qualifications Education or Experience
Direct B2B sales experience and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable.
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
Ability to give presentations and business reviews to management.
Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made as required by law.
