Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced

Construction Manager (C&I Solar)

to oversee the successful execution of commercial and industrial solar projects across Florida. This role requires a deep understanding of solar electrical systems, strong leadership in field operations, and proven experience managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules from pre‑construction to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all field construction activities for commercial solar installations.

Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Oversee subcontractors, electricians, and construction crews to maintain quality and safety standards.

Review electrical and structural drawings to ensure compliance with design, code, and safety requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to resolve field challenges.

Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Support commissioning, testing, and turnover processes.

Mentor field personnel and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years

of experience in commercial or industrial solar construction management (or related electrical construction).

Strong electrical background

— Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Proven track record managing multiple solar or renewable energy projects simultaneously.

Deep understanding of PV systems, inverters, switchgear, conduit installation, and interconnection.

Knowledge of project scheduling tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Florida.
