HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Quality Control / Quality Assurance team.
In this position, the Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for developing the fabrication and/or repair plans, work process sheets, and any other required documentation needed for fabrication and/or repair. Also, ensure that all manufacturing and/or repair processes on parts have been properly performed and documented. The candidate will have authority over all required inspection activities within his/her assigned shop including tasks such as preliminary inspection up to and including return to service inspections if so authorized.
Skills And Education Experience
Must have an engineering background
Must be familiar with complex measuring instruments
Must be familiar with drawings and blueprints (GD&T)
Must be able to read, write, and understand English
Excellent communication skills
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must be attentive to detail and be able to multi-task
Must be a team player
Computer proficiency with Microsoft office products
