About the Job In this role, you will be responsible for researching and understanding detailed customer business and technical requirements; developing detailed requirements documentation; implementing technical data integration/transforms, migration and reporting solutions; developing test strategies for system functionality; and providing ongoing technical support to the Services team and clients during solution implementation projects.
Responsibilities
Develop robust knowledge of product functionality and potential usage/configuration solutions for clients.
Perform process‑focused analysis of client procurement/purchasing processes and develop appropriate software configuration and technical design recommendations.
Design, document, develop, and test data integration transformations and data solution features that align with the software products and the client’s needs.
Refine and translate user requirements into detailed functional and technical design specifications for data integration/transformation, migration, and reporting solutions that align with functional use cases and client needs.
Conduct and support client product testing according to plan.
Provide technical support and root cause analysis.
Translate technical issues for non‑technical team members.
Ensure adherence to project deadlines and schedules, and communicate risks.
Understand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently.
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Monitor quality levels of delivery and raise any issues/blockers.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a business/system analyst performing duties similar to those listed in the Responsibilities section.
2+ years of experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and XML.
Experience with multiple software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including agile, iterative, and waterfall.
Familiarity with tools such as MapForce, Jaspersoft, and DBeaver is a plus.
Required: Authorized to work in the U.S.—we cannot sponsor work visas or transfers at this time.
Required: Must be physically located in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Proven successful experience working with teams as well as an individual contributor.
Strong RDBMS data design and analysis skills.
Exposure to technical environments utilizing web‑development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX.
Solid understanding of data migration processes, including system dependencies and data integrity.
Experience working with interfaces, including APIs, ETLs, flat files, XML, and transformation tools.
Ability to work with minimal supervision with supervisors, peers, and administrative personnel to accomplish objectives.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solve business problems.
Identify and analyze problems, propose solutions, and anticipate future problem areas.
Great attitude and spirit of cooperation.
Must be willing to travel periodically (up to 10%).
