The Senior Execution Program Manager is a key member of the Maritime Strike Tomahawk (MST) Low‑Rate Production (LRP) leadership team and will support multiple production contracts. The Senior Execution Program Manager will work closely with the MST LRP Program Manager and the program team to support NAVAIR’s need to integrate seeker technology into a modernized TACTOM missile, providing increased long‑range Surface Warfare capability to the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities Act as the delegate to the MST LRP Program Manager and assist in meeting contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s). Lead or assist with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm), manage risk and opportunity boards, schedule performance, customer reviews, program management reviews, preparation for customer visits, execution reviews, staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.

Prepare, revise, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), corporate, and business policies and procedures.

Act as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the PMO, coordinating the broader functional team during EAC development and potentially overseeing the entire EAC process.

Develop program‑enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (e.g., Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management, and administrative functions).

Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills; comfortably interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.

Qualifications Required:

University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.

Prior experience with program execution or related program management.

Prior experience using Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, or similar business processes.

Experience leading or working with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, or Logistics).

Prior experience with Data Management (CDRL support) and administrative functions.

Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet program deadlines and expectations.

Preferred:

Raytheon Program Management certification, Level 6 or equivalent.

Department of Defense (DoD) industry or other relevant experience.

Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Gate 4 and Gate 5 packages for management review and approval.

Product lifecycle management experience.

Raytheon Earned Value Certification.

Experience with supplier management and/or subcontract management.

Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.

Salary USD 124,000 – 250,000
