An award‑winning luxury Caribbean resort, recognized as one of Bonaire’s premier destinations and repeatedly named among the Caribbean’s Leading Boutique Resorts, is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Resort Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide visible, hands‑on leadership across all departments, ensuring seamless operations and consistent guest satisfaction.

Build genuine relationships with guests, anticipating needs and fostering loyalty through authentic hospitality.

Partner closely with ownership to align on strategy, performance goals, and long‑term improvements.

Inspire, motivate, and support a deeply experienced team — leading through empathy, clarity, and mutual respect.

Oversee financial and administrative functions to maintain efficiency and profitability.

Uphold the property’s legacy of excellence while introducing thoughtful innovations to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Hospitality Leader: 7+ years in luxury resort or boutique hotel management, ideally within the Caribbean or island environments.

Emotionally Intelligent: Approaches leadership with humility, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Operationally Strong: Skilled in cross‑department coordination, guest relations, and service delivery.

Relationship Builder: Earns the trust of long‑tenured teams through consistency and genuine care.

Adaptable: Thrives in a close‑knit island culture while maintaining focus, drive, and professionalism.

Committed: Open to a long‑term (2–3 year) island‑based opportunity.

Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
