Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $43.00 – $52.00 (based on experience/mobile)

Monthly Bonus: Up to $600/month

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (for full-time positions)

PTO: 25 days in your first year

Position Summary

The

Mobile Radiologic Technologist, Driving

(“Mobile RT”) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants in the examination and treatment of patients. This role performs a variety of technical procedures and applies prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, including performing patient X‑rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. The Mobile RT also provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. The job requires traveling between multiple sites; thus a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and passing an MVR background check are required.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform X‑ray services for patients of all ages.

Ensure patients are positioned correctly and protected during use.

Travel between multiple sites to provide X‑ray services.

Assist patients in a wheelchair when needed.

Perform and document daily controls, calibration, QA/QC logs, troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed.

Maintain flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of patients and the organization.

Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (required).

Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required).

Certifications (Required At Time Of Hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required.

Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required.

Valid State Driver’s License.

Must pass MVR background check.

Experience

Previous clinical experience preferred.
