Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Our client, an elite Boston law firm, is seeking an experienced
Trust & Estates Legal Assistant and Paralegal
to join their dynamic team.
This role provides comprehensive and administrative support to attorneys in the firm’s trusts and estates group, offering the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Will manage complex estates, prepare Massachusetts probate forms, assist with state and federal estate and gift tax returns, communicate with clients, fiduciaries, advisors, and other third parties
Support attorneys with estate planning documents and processes, draft and review ancillary documents, handle deeds and trustee certificates
Track key deadlines such as probate returns, tax filings, and estate plan signings
Familiarity with MassTaxConnect and GEMS is a plus.
