Rosa Rossa Pte. Ltd. operates multi-concept Japanese F&B outlets in Singapore. We focus on guest experience, efficient seat turns, and beverage-led revenue (incl. sake/shochu). We are strengthening FOH leadership to drive KPIs, training, and supplier-led promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead floor operations: reservations, queue/seat-turn management, mobile-order workflows, and service recovery.

Set and improve service KPIs (average spend, RevPASH/seat turns, review ratings) and report weekly.

Drive beverage sales (incl.

sake/shochu ) through pairing, upselling, and staff training.

Coordinate new product rollouts/promotions with

Japanese Suppliers

(materials often in Japanese); plan briefings and visual standards.

Build SOPs/checklists; roster planning; coach supervisors and captains.

Requirements

3+ years in restaurant service leadership (supervisor/assistant manager/manager).

Business-level Japanese (read/write/speak)

for operational communication. Job-related reason : product information, promotional materials, and supplier correspondence are frequently

available only in Japanese .

KPI ownership (sales, average check, labor productivity) and first-line complaint handling; comfort with review platforms.

Strong communication and training capability; hands-on during peak.

Working Arrangement Full-time, permanent. 5.5 days/week. Cross-outlet coverage in the Orchard/Clarke Quay area.

Salary SGD

4,500 - 8,000

monthly (commensurate with skills & experience). Final package confirmed in the written offer after the interview, based on leadership scope, KPI responsibilities, and deliverables.
