Key Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy & Performance
Manage the performance of assigned assets, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and maximizing returns.
Monitor asset-level operating and financial metrics, including rent rolls, expense recoveries, capital expenditures, and debt service. Produce regular reporting for stakeholders and lenders.
Collaborate with brokerage to monitor critical lease dates, negotiate lease terms, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Oversee operating budgets, capital expenditure planning, and variance analysis in coordination with property management, accounting and finance teams.
Leasing & Market Strategy
Partner with leasing teams to execute strategies that maximize occupancy and rental income.
Track market trends, competitive properties, and tenant activity to inform leasing and renewal decisions.
Negotiate key lease terms in alignment with asset strategy and investment objectives.
Operations & Capital Projects
Oversee property management teams to ensure assets are maintained to Bamboo’s operational and brand standards.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of asset strategies.
Support acquisition underwriting by providing input on operating assumptions, market comps, and post-closing transition plans.
Collaborate with the investments team to integrate newly acquired assets into the portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, preferably within commercial or mixed‑use properties.
Strong understanding of real estate finance, leasing, and valuation principles.
Experience with Yardi and ARGUS platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple assets and priorities simultaneously.
A proactive, ownership-minded approach with a strong sense of accountability.
