About the Role We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist with a strong background in RPA infrastructure, especially UiPath, to support our growing RPA Managed Services business. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of RPA environments, along with managing infrastructure‑related support, VM maintenance, and orchestrator troubleshooting.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about automation, infrastructure stability, and delivering world‑class IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain UiPath Orchestrator, Robot licenses, and related services.

Monitor the health of RPA environments and proactively resolve infrastructure‑related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Attended / Unattended Bots, and robot deployments.

Collaborate with automation developers to support bot deployment and integration processes.

Provision, configure, and maintain Windows Virtual Machines used in RPA deployments.

Monitor server performance and conduct periodic maintenance (patching, updates, reboots).

Coordinate with internal IT or external vendors for remote desktop access, firewall changes, and endpoint management.

Manage user access, security roles, and permission groups for all RPA‑related infrastructure.

Work with the global IT security team to ensure compliance and audit‑readiness.

Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Maintain documentation of all incidents, causes, and resolutions.

Provide weekend or after‑hours support on rotation or when business‑critical issues arise.

Support integrations with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.).

Work with APIs and connectors for third‑party systems used in RPA automations.

Manage RPA deployment environments in Azure or on‑prem hybrid infrastructure.

Set up resource groups, virtual networks, and Azure‑based automation support infrastructure.

Monitor logs, bot performance, and infrastructure uptime.

Provide regular reports to stakeholders on system health, usage, and capacity planning.

Required Skills and Experience

3–5 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure Management roles.

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Studio, Robots).

Proficiency with Microsoft Azure (VM management, resource groups, networking).

Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365 Suite.

Experience with networking basics, firewall rules, remote access setups, and proxy configurations.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools is a plus.

Understanding of data security, ITIL framework, and incident management tools (e.g., Zoho Desk, ServiceNow, Jira).

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish (English proficiency is an advantage).

Nice to Have

Certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Azure, or ITIL.

Experience working in a Managed Services model with SLAs and 24/7 availability.

Basic understanding of RPA development lifecycle to liaise with automation teams effectively.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.

Working Conditions

Full‑time role based in Colombia.

Flexible work schedule with availability for weekend or after‑hours support, as required.

May require coordination with global teams across multiple time zones.
