The ideal candidate will be a strategic technologist who can align platform capabilities with business goals, drive modernization initiatives, and lead adoption of AI, automation, and digital workflow innovations. You will play a critical role in shaping our ServiceNow roadmap, integrating with cloud-native ecosystems, and leveraging emerging technologies such as GenAI, Hyper automation, Predictive Intelligence, and low-code/no-code innovations within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC) to meet business needs, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and web services; automate workflows using Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and RPA Hub.
Manage code and deployments using Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure high-quality releases.
Maintain CMDB health, service mapping, discovery, and monitoring for proactive IT operations.
Implement AI and automation capabilities such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent to improve user experience and efficiency.
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance standards, conduct platform audits, and maintain documentation.
Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and emerging features to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills:
12+ years in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, custom app development, and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent).
Strong understanding of ITIL 4 / ITSM best practices.
Proven experience implementing Automation Engine, RPA Hub, and Flow Designer.
Familiarity with ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and Discovery/Service Mapping.
Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of cloud architecture and API‑first design principles.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certification:
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow Generative AI and Now Assist for Developers/Agents.
Exposure to AI Ops, Observability, and Edge AI integrations.
Understanding of Zero Trust frameworks and ServiceNow Security Operations.
Experience with low‑code/no‑code governance and citizen developer enablement.
Familiarity with Green IT / Sustainability modules and ESG reporting in ServiceNow.
