Role Summary Partner Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partner relationships, with a primary focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will lead the development and execution of partnership strategies, joint go‑to‑market initiatives, and revenue‑generating programs that expand the company’s market reach. The ideal candidate is a proven channel leader with strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of Microsoft programs and licensing models, and a track record of building and scaling successful partnerships.

Main Responsibilities Partnership Strategy & Growth Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. Develop joint go‑to‑market initiatives, business plans, and co‑selling strategies with partners.

Revenue & Sales Execution Drive pipeline growth, forecast revenue, and deliver against sales targets through partner‑led opportunities. Collaborate with sales leadership to align partner strategies with overall company revenue goals.

Relationship Management Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships with key partners, influencing decision makers to drive mutual success. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of joint initiatives.

Program Management & Enablement Oversee partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs to ensure partner readiness and success. Leverage Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and licensing models to maximize business outcomes.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams to support go‑to‑market initiatives and ensure seamless execution. Work with internal stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns, events, and enablement activities that enhance partner engagement.

Analytics & Reporting Utilize CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent) to track partner performance and business outcomes. Analyze pipeline, forecast accuracy, and partnership ROI to provide actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Requirements 3–5+ years of proven experience in partner or channel management, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem or another major technology vendor. Strong understanding of Microsoft’s partner programs, incentives, and licensing models (CSP, Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Copilot/AI). Background in enterprise software, cloud solutions, or IT services with deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies. Demonstrated success in strategic partnership development, account management, and executive relationship building. Experience creating and executing business plans with measurable revenue results. Strong sales acumen with the ability to forecast, build pipeline, and meet/exceed revenue targets. Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams to drive partner success. Familiarity with partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement processes. Proficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent) for reporting and analytics.
