Account Executive (SOAR / SecOps / Security Automation)

Their mission is to redefine how modern Security Operations Centers (SOCs) operate — leveraging AI-driven automation, advanced integrations, and contextual intelligence to reduce noise, streamline workflows, and improve response accuracy.
The Opportunity They are seeking an experienced Account Executive with deep expertise in
cybersecurity and SOAR/SOC automation
to spearhead market strategy, positioning, and growth across North America. This strategic hire will play a key role in accelerating customer adoption and driving revenue within one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving segments of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for SOAR, SecOps, and security automation products.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to define value propositions, messaging, and competitive positioning.
Identify and engage target markets — including MSSPs, enterprise SOC teams, and automation-focused security leaders.
Support the sales organization with market insights, enablement tools, and tailored go-to-market assets.
Analyse trends in SOAR, SOC, and agentic security automation to guide strategy and maintain category leadership.
Drive partnerships and ecosystem engagement with technology vendors, system integrators, and threat intelligence providers.
Represent the company externally at key security conferences, industry panels, and GTM strategy sessions.
Requirements
5+ years of GTM, product marketing, or commercial leadership experience in the cybersecurity domain — ideally within SOAR, SOC automation, SecOps, or security operations tooling.
Strong understanding of the SecOps ecosystem, SOC workflows, and modern automation trends (e.g. LLM-driven / agentic automation).
Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technical cybersecurity solutions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Background in fast-paced, scaling technology environments is highly desirable.
Based in the Carolinas area (North or South Carolina) with flexibility to collaborate across distributed teams.
