Responsibilities Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) – IC5

Drive complex projects while prioritizing deliverable execution, mitigating risks, managing escalations, and ensuring stakeholder requirements are satisfied.

Work with multi‑functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting appropriate expectations by managing competing priorities and influencing key partners.

Ensure product and service release quality is consistent with Oracle customer experience and operational excellence standards.

Provide critical issue management, make trade‑off recommendations, and balance business and customer needs along with technical constraints.

Identify core process gaps, improve them, and establish organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Provide ongoing written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership; attention to detail is paramount.

Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, advising changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms; provide mentorship to TPMs in program.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading large cross‑functional technical programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience in SDLC, using agile methodologies and associated tooling.

Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically; comfortable driving teams to deliver results, speaking up, and challenging the status quo when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading large cross‑functional technical programs.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of core cloud infrastructure (compute, virtual networking, storage).

Thorough understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and scalable, reliable workflows is a plus.
