Bookkeeper Accountant (Professional Services)
Full Charge Bookkeeper: Pivotal role managing internal and external financial records and client relationships to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, expertise in various accounting and financial concepts to create and maintain precise records, prepare financial reports to foster profitable, long‑term client relationships.
What you’ll do
Manage all aspects of Bookkeeping, executing journal entries and maintaining detailed records of all transactions.
Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis to identify discrepancies.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare financial reports and budgets to support strategic decision‑making.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy.
Proficient with QuickBooks desktop or online for efficient record‑keeping.
Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of public and corporate accounting practices, financial reporting and technical accounting concepts.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Pro (desktop or online) with some experience with UltraTax‑CS.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to address complex tax matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
