Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Senior Tax Associate
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll contribute to tax engagements for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, S-Corporations, real estate entities, and privately held businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional ready to deepen their expertise and grow within a team that values integrity, innovation, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (individuals, partnerships, corporations).
Assist in tax planning and compliance projects for businesses and HNWIs.
Research tax issues and provide practical recommendations.
Communicate with clients and tax authorities to address inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA or EA designation preferred, or actively pursuing certification.
At least 3–4 years of public accounting experience, with strong tax preparation skills.
Exposure to S-Corps, HNWIs, real estate, or partnerships is a plus.
Proficiency in CCH ProSystem fx or similar tax software preferred.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
