About the Job You're Considering This role is responsible for managing and consolidating overall architecture with a focus on business processes. Experience in strategy, target architecture, and subject‑matter expertise on PLM & CAD on Teamcenter or 3DX is required.

Your role

Manage and consolidate overall architecture – focus on business processes

Build the roadmap for consolidation and harmonization of business processes onto the target PLM platform

Define the overall architecture and standards for the Digital Thread

Solution architecture and design with different modules of PLM

Lead the planning and execution of phased data migration

Lead initiatives in assessing the current state and defining the future state in BOM Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering and ERP integration

Define the approach for data migration

Your Skills And Experience

Experience in leading transformations across Design Engineering, Manufacturing and Smart Factory initiatives

Experience in Aerospace and Defense industries

Experience with client interface at executive level

Experience driving digital transformation journeys and blueprints

Working with key stakeholders focused on strategic planning, resource utilization and bridging the gap between business and technology

Functional expertise in PLM applications with deep understanding of workflows and integration

Identify key business objectives and connect the Enterprise vision with implementations of industry frameworks – TOGAF, UAF, and DoDAF

Hands‑on experience in PLM, Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DX

Experience in BOM, Part Definition, Configuration Management, Change Management, CAD Integration, Manufacturing Engineering

Experience with Enterprise Applications and Systems Engineering
