What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform evaluations and enhancements of department systems, processes, and applications
Collect and analyze data related to user requests, determining scope and system impacts
Provide technical support to production systems, addressing issues and ensuring functionality
Serve as a technical resource throughout the software development life cycle
Provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and technical documentation
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Current contractor/contingent worker for the employer
4+ years of experience with AEM, AEM Cloud Service, and related deployment workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
Experience in managing application configurations and web architectures
Strong documentation skills, including runbooks and operational SOPs
