What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Enhance and improve department systems, processes, and applications through software development
Analyze user requests, determine scope, and assess system impacts
Provide technical support to production systems and draft necessary documentation
Serve as a technical resource throughout the software development life cycle
Participate in on‑call support rotations for system functionality
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
Strong understanding of web architectures, CDN behavior, proxies, and caching strategies
Experience managing application configurations and OSGi configurations
Ability to operate in an agile environment and prioritize platform health and reliability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Current contractor/contingent worker for the employer
4+ years of experience administering and supporting AEM, AEM Cloud Service, and related workflows
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strong cross-team communication skills
Experience configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines
