Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational functions for a technology services division specializing in field services, system installations, and maintenance. This role ensures project quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while driving innovation and maintaining best-in-class service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field service operations and technician teams across multiple sites. Manage financial performance, including P&L reviews, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. Lead project budgeting and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and cost parameters. Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to evaluate and implement new technologies. Oversee installation, maintenance, and support of security and building systems. Ensure data integrity, system backups, and quality control across all client sites. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence across all accounts. Collaborate with property management and partner teams to deliver tailored technology solutions. Participate in vendor selection, contract management, and product evaluation. Direct field service schedules, performance reviews, and team development. Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions to track project progress and performance. Develop training and certification programs to enhance technical expertise and compliance. Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and identify improvement opportunities. Drive testing and implementation of new technologies to ensure best-in-class systems and support. Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in installation, service, or support operations—preferably within security systems or building technology. Degree in Computer or Digital Electronics preferred. Certifications strongly desired: OSHA 30, AXIS Certification, S2/Lenel/AMAG/Honeywell/Genetec Certification, Lift Certification (Single/Boom), CCTV Certification. Compensation
Salary range: $150,000–200,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
