Dental Office Manager - (Pediatric / Ortho Experience Preferred)
Join PDS Management Services, LLC in our Queens, NY office as a Dental Office Manager. This role leads a growing pediatric dental team and oversees all front and back office operations.
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year (commensurate with experience)
Performance Bonuses & Annual Salary Reviews
Sign‑On Bonus: $3,500

Schedule Full-Time, 42-48 hours/week. Monday‑Friday. On‑site in Queens (Flushing), NY.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front and back office operations efficiently
Lead, mentor, and support staff using a servant‑leadership approach
Manage scheduling, billing, daily closeouts, and clinical workflow
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and pediatric dental standards
Track and analyze KPIs: production, collections, payroll, and expenses
Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and empathetically
Train staff on new systems, policies, and performance goals
Supervise insurance verification, benefit reviews, and patient financing
Collaborate with HR on staff development, coaching, and performance feedback
Qualifications
4+ years of dental experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures, insurance, and billing
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or advanced certifications preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must be able to commute or relocate to Queens, NY
