Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Professional AV (ProAV), Strategic Industry Units (SIU), and K‑12 education markets. This role focuses on expanding AVer’s market presence by cultivating strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end‑users across targeted verticals. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue, drive market share, and position AVer as a trusted technology provider.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting ProAV, SIU, and K‑12 education customers.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including IT decision‑makers, technology coordinators, purchasing agents, and AV integrators.
Foster strong channel partnerships through regular engagement, joint business planning, and co‑selling strategies.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases and customer needs.
Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical support) to ensure solution alignment and customer success.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to provide market insights and strategic feedback.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to leadership.
Represent AVer at trade shows, regional conferences, partner events, and customer engagements.
Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets and customer satisfaction expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3‑4+ years of proven sales experience in technology or ProAV industries, preferably with experience in the education and/or public sector.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Knowledge of AV solutions, video collaboration technology, and classroom or campus technology environments.
Established relationships with key players in the ProAV or K‑12 verticals is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a results‑driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
