Desktop Support Engineer (MAC and Windows)
We’re looking for a smart, steady Desktop Support Engineer who’s comfortable supporting a fast‑paced, sophisticated user base of both MAC and Windows products.
What You’ll Do
Provide hands‑on support for both Mac and Windows devices
Own day‑to‑day MDM support using JAMF (Mac) and Intune (Windows)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, printers (yes, still a thing), and general “my computer hates me” situations
Deliver clear, friendly, patient communication to users who know what they want and expect top‑tier service
Document steps, fixes, known issues, and contribute to process improvement over time
What You Bring
1 to 5 years of desktop support or help desk experience
Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to follow issues through to completion
Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
Hands‑on experience with JAMF and Intune for device management
Professional, confident communication style, especially with senior business users
