Base Pay Range $35.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Responsibilities

Manage benefits administration: oversee health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, manage enrollment processes, and act as a point of contact for employee questions.

Administer compensation programs: assist with salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and the annual compensation review process, which includes merit increases and incentive pay.

Ensure legal compliance: stay up-to-date on and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as the ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.

Support employees: conduct meetings with new hires to explain benefits and assist with offboarding tasks, including final pay and benefit reviews.

Analyze data and trends: evaluate compensation and benefits data to provide insights, generate reports for leadership, and help develop competitive strategies.

Manage vendor relationships: coordinate with external vendors for benefits and payroll services.

Contribute to total rewards strategy: support employee engagement and recognition programs, such as service awards, wellness initiatives, and work‑life balance options.
