Core Responsibilities
Provide centralized HR services spanning
payroll, benefits, and HR transactions . Manage
employee inquiries
via phone or case management tools; escalate issues as needed. Maintain and audit
employee records , ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Support and process
new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments . Coordinate
benefits administration , open enrollments, and compliance with
COBRA/ERISA
regulations. Conduct and refine
new hire orientations
and maintain job descriptions. Collaborate with HRIS, program managers, and technology teams to improve service delivery. Prepare
weekly/monthly/annual HR reports and audits . Participate in the
training and documentation
of HR service processes. Protect confidential and sensitive company data per compliance standards. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management
or equivalent (2:1 experience ratio). 3+ years of HR experience
(payroll, benefits, compliance, or service center preferred). Typing speed of
40+ WPM . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Strong
communication, confidentiality, and customer service
skills. Preferred
Experience with
HR systems/case management tools . Knowledge of
federal/state employment laws
and company policy compliance. Strong
analytical, problem-solving , and
collaborative
abilities. Additional Details
